| Joon Yang is the CSO of Reigncom Ltd. As CSO, he is charged with formulating iriver’s mid-and-long term product roadmap and business development strategy.
Mr. Yang has 30 years of management success in the consumer electronics industry, including eight with iriver. His career at iriver includes his tenure as CEO of Reigncom, iriver’s parent company. He has played a major role in iriver’s global expansion, helping to found the company’s subsidiaries in Hong Kong (2000), U.S. (2001), Japan (2003) and Europe (2004). Before joining Reigncom, Mr. Yang worked for Samsung Electronics for 21 years. His career there included positions as: Director of Non-Memory Part Marketing and Export, Samsung Semiconductor (1995 – 1999); head of Export Department, Samsung Semiconductor (1992 – 1995); Branch Manager, Samsung Electronics, Hong Kong (1988 – 1992). Mr. Yang graduated from Young-Nam University in the Class Of Applied Chemistry. | |||||
